Frequently Asked Questions

My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

You will provide any food that your dog will eat during its stay. We do provide treats and others food for enrichment purposes. If there is certain ingredients your dog can't have we will make sure that they do not eat them. For more complex diets we may not be able to provide treats, so you can bring your own. This can be discussed when making your booking.

What should I bring for overnight boarding?

We will provide beds, toys, and treats. You are welcome to bring your dog's own bed or blanket, but we would advise against toys, as there are other dogs who may take a liking to it.
You will need to provide enough food for their stay, with a little additional just in case.
Please ensure your dog is wearing their collar and is brought in on a lead.

How can I check on my pet during their stay?

I can send daily updates via Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger. I will not be able to send updates all day long as my focus is on your pet, and not my phone, plus you should be enjoying your break!
Obviously, in the case of an emergency you would be contacted immediately.

What should I bring to daycare?

For daycare, all you really need is your dog, its collar and lead, and any meals they may need throughout the day.
It is not necessary to bring any form of bedding or toys. If you do there is no guarantee that they will not get lost or damaged by other dogs.

Can my dog attend if it's nervous or aggressive?

We are happy to accept nervous dogs and willing to give them the space and the time they may need. Unfortunately, we are unable to take an aggressive dog, as it puts myself and the other dogs at risk. If you have a dog that exhibits aggressive tendencies then they will be isolated from the other dogs during the duration of their stay, and not allowed back.
