My name is Charlotte, and I'm a self professed crazy dog lady. I have set up Château Chien because I want to provide the level of care that I would expect for my own dogs if I went away.

I love animals of all shapes and sizes, so much so that in 2019 I graduated from University with a BSc(hons) in Animal Behaviour. 

Since then I've gotten my own house, and one of the first things I did was get a puppy...then a year later we adopted another dog from Romania. From there we've worked with a charity fostering other dogs from abroad. Being surrounded by four legged friends is my idea of heaven!

We're a home based daycare and boarding facility, meaning that your dog will still experience all the creature comforts. But have designed my lower floor with dogs in mind. We have a playroom, with a tunnel and ball pit and den. Then we have another larger room leading to the garden. There are sofas to lounge on, toys to play with, and plenty of exciting enrichment opportunities.

I know that for people like me, your dog is part of your family. You treat your dog with love, care, and compassion, and this is exactly what I promise to deliver.
